# User not found on consent state API

## Q. エラーメッセージ「User not found on consent state API」が表示されます。どうすれば良いでしょうか。

## A1. 再度，ログインをお試しください。

Orthrosからログインを行った際に、「User not found on consent state API」というエラー画面が表示される場合は次の手順をお試しください。

1. **\[**[**Orthros**](https://ui.orthros.gakunin.nii.ac.jp/)**]** を開きます。
2. ユーザー名とパスワードを入力し， **\[サインイン]** ボタンをクリックします。

◆ マイページが表示された場合\
再度OZONE-EDUからログインをお試しください。

◆ ログイン出来ない，マイページが表示されない場合\
ログイン出来ない、マイページが表示されない場合は事務局までお問合せください
